Sizing

Rings:
Typically, ring resizing starts at $25 per alteration, but the process depends on the specific ring and any change in cost depends on labor and any additional material. Some rings may need to be custom made in the necessary size. Please note that sizing a ring may add additional time to your order.

Custom orders, including resized rings, are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Pendants & Bracelets:
Chain length of all pendants and chain bracelets may be lengthened or shortened as needed. Cost is dependent on material. Please contact Adorn with a request and for a price quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Adorn offers exchange or online store credit for items returned within 10 days of the original purchase date. Orders/purchases are considered final once checkout is complete and cannot be canceled. All returned items must be unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by receipt. Made-to-order items, custom pieces, sized or adjusted jewelry, select one-of-a-kinds, special orders, and sale or discounted items are final sale.

You must email Adorn for return instructions and preauthorization before shipping. Returns shipped without preauthorization or not according to instruction will not be accepted. Shipping costs are paid by client and are not included in exchange amount.

Gift Certificate & Credit Policy

Treat Adorn gift certificates like cash. Adorn is not responsible for loss, damage or unauthorized use from theft. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. All gift certificates and credits from exchanges expire seven years from the date of issuance.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require a deposit of 50% the total price.

Gift Packaging & Personal Notes

All Adorn orders will be beautifully boxed and ribboned in special Adorn gift packaging.

Create a personal message during your checkout, and it will be hand lettered on an Adorn enclosure card and sent along with your purchase. One message per shipment.

Shipping

Adorn offers complementary 2 Day shipping for purchases over $1,000!
An adult signature is required for ALL deliveries.

Other Shipping Options:
UPS Ground = $15
UPS 2Day shipping = $30.
UPS Overnight shipping =$80.
Gift certificate = $1.50

Note:
Shipping speed is guaranteed for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Orders placed outside those days/hours will be fulfilled the next business day. Additional time may be needed if the item must be resized.
For security reasons, purchases over a certain value may also require additional verification. Please feel free to email Adorn with any questions. Specific shipping instructions may also be provided during checkout. All shipments are insured and require direct, adult signature upon delivery.
